I just got off the line with an Indian guy who claims he's from "Rest Relax Pte Ltd" located at 43 Genting Lane (which is actually owned by a company called Blum & Co) telling me that my number has been selected and all I have to do is give him my mailing address for him to send me a package, and a VIP card that entitles me a 6 day free hotel stay in Langkawi and that this card also entitles me 70% off my travel fees. YAH, right.

The company doesn't even exist. They chose a similar name- "Rest & Relax Holidays Pte Ltd" which is a real company. They didn't even want to give me their contact number even though I asked 4 to 5 times, plus, they don't have a website. They didn't want to e-mail me the details, and they refused to let me go to their agency to pick up my "package" too.

Interesting how you can't contact them and they can contact you.
Oh, did I also mention he called using a private number?

Well, at least Rest & Relax Holidays Pte Ltd (the real one) gets free advertising, now I know there is such a company and it's located at Chin Swee Road. Lol.

Yeah, the caller was Dan Wert by the way. Indian fella choosing an Ang Mo's name. Such an ass. Enjoy making fun of him if he calls you.

It's been quite a while since I last post an entry. Been quite busy and lazy to do so, but since I'm home for today, thought I'd take some time off to blog a bit. :)

Work has "taken over" my life for the past month. I'm getting really really sick and tired of my job, plus the temptation there to go back to an old habit is really great. Right now, I just keep telling myself I'm not a quitter and I'm not gonna drop out half way. I'm gonna finish this even if I hate it.

Just uploaded some pictures from my phone.

A belated birthday celebration for Eileen's Grand Dad. Just Eileen's family with her Grand Parents. A simple dinner and a birthday cake to wrap it up. Sweet.

The guys surprised me when I got home from work. I don't have the pictures of the night coz I haven't uploaded the pics from the digital camera yet, but these r the wonderful presents that they got me. (Not forgetting Andre's interesting 'game'. Haha.) I'll upload the pictures of that night when I get to upload them. =)

Clarice gave me another surprise yesterday when she gave me a belated present too. I've read a bit of this book, and I think it will greatly benefit me. Looking forward to read the book. Uh, probably next week- after I'm done with studying for FTT. I only started studying like, yesterday? And the test is next Tuesday. Aiyoyo.

Bought their Test Engine and e-Book. I know it's a bit late, but I think it has helped me with the understanding, and besides, they give hints and have highlighted the important portions in their e-Book. It should help, uh, right?

Bought a new pair of Levi's. They were having this promotion - Trade in any pair of Jeans, old or new, and customers get $50 off any pair of jeans costing more than $100. I think it was some Halloween special. =p

Jie came back home 2 days back with a Nike plastic bag. In it was a pair of gym gloves that were exactly the same as mine! Haha.. Ladies one la, of course, smaller in size. Jie's been going to the gym quite regularly. Proud of her. Go, jie, go! Uh, which reminds me, I better start working out too. Just that I'm so lazy to go after work coz I'm usually quite shack already. -_-
